A high rise residential project is being taken for the studio 'Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, & Control." The total project cost is estimated to be Rs.121 crore. The two towers will have 33 floors (B1+B2+B3+33 floors) each and will have a building height of 140 meters. The plot area of the project is 5128 square meters. The project type is Greenfield The Studio focuses on different areas of a project during the execution phase, including reviewing all Pre-Construction Activities, designing, and analysing the best site layout, and researching the project's Contract and Administration. A 3D Revit model of the current site progress was created to help with project visualization. Weekly photo progress was tracked. The study focuses on the planning and monitoring of project progress in Primavera P6 Software, as well as the associated risks. During the execution phase, quality, safety, material, and inventory management were thoroughly investigated across multiple criteria. Quality management principles include the Linear Responsibility Chart, Cost of Quality, and Tools of Quality. The study studied material management components such as inventory management, ordering the right amount, and utilizing ERP for better management.
