High-Rise Residential

For the academic Studio II Construction Project Execution, Monitoring, and Control (CPEMC), we investigated a high-rise residential project (G+22, 3 Basements) with 3-4-5 BHK luxurious apartments. The purpose of this studio project is to understand the execution process basics, propose areas for improvement, analyze quality-related aspects on-site, and monitor the project to detect any delays in time and cost. The studio exercise includes pre-construction activities, analysis of Site 2D & 3D Revit layouts, planning and scheduling, Earned Value & Risk Management, Material Management, Quality Management, and exploration of various Lean construction tools.
