The project selected for the current study in Studio 2 is a mixed-use real estate venture spanning a plot area of 4.33 acres. It comprises 11 towers, each featuring 2 basements, a ground floor, and 14 storeys. The studio's objective is to explore the execution and monitoring phases of construction projects, focusing on the application of diverse materials, quality management tools, lean construction principles, and technical procedures observed at construction sites. This study offers a thorough examination of construction project execution, monitoring, and control, providing valuable insights for individuals and organizations engaged in comparable construction endeavours.
