In Studio-II, we focus on understanding and studying the construction phase of a project. We chose Residential towers at Shela project for our analysis. Execution phase is crucial in the project life cycle. We look at different aspects like Pre Construction, Site Layout planning, Pour Planning & scheduling, materials & Inventory Management, Quality Esurance, and using Lean tools like value stream mapping and Foreman Delay Survey to make the process smoother. We also explore earned value management by Primavera P6 to track progress effectively. Our aim is to learn how to manage construction projects better and make them more efficient.
