As part of the CPEMC studio, we analyzed the construction execution and monitoring of a Corporate House project in GIFT City, Gandhinagar. With a built-up area of 23,640 sqm and a construction cost of RS.76 Crores, the project comprises 3 basements + Ground + 13 floors. The contractor’s scope included core and shell works. We studied various aspects including site layout planning, quality management, pour planning, scheduling, contract administration, earned value management, and lean tool application. Through site visits and expert interactions, we gained practical insights into managing high-rise commercial projects efficiently, focusing on time, cost, quality, and resource optimization.
