Redevelopment of Railway Station

This brownfield redevelopment transforms a railway station into a world-class Multi-Modal Transport Hub (MMTH), integrating various transit systems for enhanced connectivity. The 2,400 crore EPC project spans 125 acres and includes two 16-storey office towers, a 54,900 sqm passenger concourse, and 8.6 lane-km of six-lane elevated roads. Logistics are supported by two dedicated parcel buildings. Designed to boost daily passenger capacity from 1.2 to 3.2 lakh, the development focuses on efficiency, accessibility, and commercial viability. The project is scheduled for completion within 36 months, targeting 2027, and aims to set a new benchmark in urban transit infrastructure.
