Science Gallery

The Science Gallery Project, undertaken as part of the CPEMC studio, explores the flow of activities and potential challenges involved in constructing a large-scale institutional building. The project bridges academic learning with on-site execution by engaging in various construction activities. It incorporates real-time monitoring tools such as Value Stream Mapping and Earned Value Management, complemented by planning exercises like Pour Planning and Inventory Management, and control mechanisms including Quality Control Lab assessments and Linear Responsibility Charts. These activities not only establish a structured roadmap for efficient execution but also help keep the project on schedule and within budget, ensuring effective resource utilization and performance control.
