FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR HOSPITAL PROJECT

This project aims to undertake feasibility study of a tertiary care multi-specialty hospital in the city of Ahmedabad. Demand and supply gap is studied in market analysis. Suitable location is selected after location analysis done on various sites. The total cost of the project is calculated by using common Industrial thumb rules and after consultation with experts. Finally with the approximate cost and revenue estimation, the cash flow, IRR, balance sheet, P&L statement and DSCR of the project is calculated to test its financial viability. Sensitivity analysis is done by changing few parameters. Risk management and risk mitigation is studied under risk analysis.
Ultimately a 100 bedded hospital is found feasible with specialties like Neurology, Orthopedic, Dental, Radiology, Medicine & Surgery, Gynecology, etc.
