Feasibility study of GIFT City

This project aims in testing the feasibility of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City. Market size, market trends and demand analysis has been done to assess the feasibility of GIFT city. Scoring models are also generated for infrastructures like District cooling system, Automated waste collection system and Utility tunnel. Key terms like Central Business District, Special Economic Zone and International Financial Services Centre have been discussed. The expense and revenue generations are calculated for phase I as part of financial analysis. Comparisons have been made for development rights.NPV and IRR are calculated to check feasibility. Also sensitivity analysis is done.
