FEASIBILITY STUDY OF GIFT CITY PHASE-I

This project aims in testing the feasibility of Gujarat International Finance Tec-City Phase-I. Market and demand analysis has been done to check the viability of the project. Comparisons have been made for development rights and rentals of a unit. Scoring models are generated for District cooling system, Automated waste collection system and Utility tunnel. The expense and revenue generations are calculated for phase I as part of financial analysis. NPV and IRR are calculated to check feasibility. Also sensitivity analysis is done. Key terms like Central Business District, Special Economic Zone and International Financial Services Centre is discussed in detail.
