This project focuses on the construction of Maritime Museum at Lothal. Lothal being known for having world’s first Tidal Dock and a glorious maritime history is an ideal location for construction of Maritime Museum. The project basically emphasizes upon the inception and development phases of the Museum Construction. In Inception phase, feasibility studies are done which include preparation of Work Breakdown Structure, Organisation Structure, Demand and Technical analysis, Risk analysis, Stakeholder analysis and Economic analysis. Financial analysis has also been done to find the viability of the project. Project Controls, Environmental Impact Assessment, Procurement Management, Project Scheduling have been done in development phase.
