The Project- Four Laning of Mehsana-Himatnagar Highway is initiated by R&B department under GSHP-II scheme. The highway is one of its kind build in India. The main aim of this project is to study the conceptualization phase and development phase.This included project site analysis, feasibility study, technical analysis including design brief and scope development, legal compliance to be adhered to, concept planning, financial analysis, project procurement management, social benefit analysis, risk management and Environment impact assessment under conceptualization phase. Under development phase, project organization structure, stakeholder management, bid process management and project controls were studied.
