The purpose of the project is to assess the feasibility of Redevelopment of Motera stadium. The total site area is 63 Acres for building an 110,000 capacity stadium with hi-tech facilities. To achieve the purpose, questionnaire survey was conducted as a part of primary data collection, and after thorough study with the help of SWOT and locational analysis, a scoring model for the project has been prepared. Though being a brownfield project, a complete study of technical design and environmental impact has been carried out. To assess the financial viability of the project capital cost of construction, operation & maintenance cost, sources of revenue, sources of funding were identified and cash flow statement was prepared.
