The concept of Luxury Service Apartment Hotel is to combine the experience of living an elite and luxury life to the owners in a home-like environment no less than 5-star hotel living. The project is unique in its approach, bringing a novel facility for the city. The crux of Studio – 1 of Construction Project Formulation and Appraisal is to comprehend the viability of the project from client’s perspective. The portfolio briefly explains the few studies undertaken for feasibility of a hotel project, namely Project Introduction, Environmental Assessment, Procurement Modality, Risk Analysis, and Stakeholder Management.
