This project portfolio is an understanding of the feasibility study of such a project. It focuses on the Inception and Development phase of the project, by undertaking various exercises like Work Breakdown Structure, Technical Analysis, Choosing by Advantage, Cost Management, Risk Management & Procurement Modality for the project.
