Deployable Window

We use windows in our everyday life without thinking: push or pull system. The special construction makes it possible to move the window sideways without the use of tracks. The design of this window is based on the design of Klemens Torggler. It’s certainly a great design for an area where a hinged Window would cramp the space, though of course. The concept, the fluidity of its action, the mesmeric effect created by the moving semi-circles and triangles is really interesting. The pivoting system is used so the window can collapse and roll to one side. This window is divided into different shapes that will collapse in on themselves and turn round before straightening back up into the original shape. By gently pulling the joints that connect two middle panels together, the window folds and slides across the entrance.https://drive.google.com/file/d/1acAPFk6-w3Uy3MbQbw_yuAm6NmEfFiXL/view?usp=sharing
