This project involves design of art and performance centre which takes inspiration from a flower. The total height of the structure is 66 m, and spans up to 170 m Diameter with cantilever span of 40 m. Multiple iterations for the shape of petals and leaves and different grid pattern iterations were done. The project comprises to form the structural system which is efficient for this form and to fulfill the design criteria mentioned in the Indian standards under various loading conditions. The design of structure is done for all the strength and serviceability combinations for steel as per Indian standards. The design involves all structural elements, including the base plate and foundation for the structure.
