G+9 Non-Orthogonal Building with Non-Parallel System

The project focuses on designing a building with a non-orthogonal layout. One side of the structure is inclined at a 28° angle. It entails analyzing and designing the structure to withstand non-parallel lateral forces (plan irregularity) under both the limit state of design and serviceability. The objective is to offer a practical solution that meets all seismic requirements as per the relevant code regulations. The structural assessment includes checks for torsional irregularities, inter-story drift, and story displacement in accordance with IS 1893-2016.
