I was assigned to analysis and design an Industrial Building which mainly comprised of 4 parts.1) Low-Bay 2) High-Bay 3) Batch-Plant 4)Raw-Material. This project includes Lifting devices as Monorail, Tandem EOT and Single EOT. The Structure was to be Designed by IS-800 (LSM) and application of Wind Loads, DL, IL as per IS 875 and Seismic Loads as per IS 1893 part4.Multiple Floor systems of Chequered Plate, Deck Slab are also to be Designed. Use of Built-up Sections using Lacing and Stepped Column Modelling were assigned Problem Statement.
