The project is a G+6, Income Tax Office building situated at Navsari, Gujarat. The exposure condition at the site is moderate.The special feature of the structure is the flexible use of the office area, situated at the right hand side of the building, at every floor. Due to the same reason no internal columns have been kept in the office area to provide column free internal spaces.The design and detailing has been done in accordance with IS 456:2000, SP-16, SP-34 and other necessary aids.
