the studio was about working with indigenous materials like bamboo, stone and mud. the first two exercises were case studies of vernacular buildings for a particular material (bamboo). second was a group case study of given for a combination of materials where the main material was an indigenous material (nocturnal animal zoo- stone). and third was designing our own building in a given location (bhuj) for a given programming. All these exercises there were models made from actual materials.
