A design for one car park of dimension 3 m x 5 m x 3 m was proposed, specifying the metal section used. Design, Analysis and Prototype Model was part of the project. R.C.C Pedestal and Footing was designed and required quantity calculations was done. To arrive at the design initially an existing parking structure was studied, drafted structural drawings, studied behavior of roofing sheet, Analysis of a given truss and member design to understand tension and compression in members, and the connection design, making in workshop and testing of bolted and welded connection in laboratory was performed.
