The all over project is about to understanding and analysis of SWM door to door waste collection vehicle, with the use of the POI which given by AMC. after getting POI need to locate on the digitized map which made the whole group. after digitization of map can identify actual route of that.after the basis of the time and distance we carried out route optimization. also, we created ward-wise efficiency map created for the guidance  of improvement of the ward efficiency.
