Using high resolution Sentinel 2A Satellite image data to study tree cover and Google Earth to identify canopy size of trees in areas of study (Law Garden & ISKCON), as a case study with the help of Normalized Differential Vegetation Index (NDVI) and reclassification tool. Out of 469.85 sq. km area of Ahmedabad city two study area One Commercial and residential areas have been considered for sampling tree data and field study with combined area of 0.46 sq. km. Analysing population oxygen absorption Vs trees oxygen emission, to understand relationship of population with tree cover in urban areas.
