In HVAC Lab we learned the principles and concepts of HVAC systems and different types of sensors. With hands-on experiments, we learned to take measurements with different sensors. Applying this knowledge we developed measurement and testing protocol for ERV. In the simulation module, we designed and developed the HVAC system. By understanding the climate condition and performance of the HVAC system and by applying our knowledge, we optimized the HVAC system for better energy efficiency and thermal comfort.
