This studio - Integrated Construction Practices attempts to simulate the process of Integrated Project Delivery, Lean Tools, Global Collaboration using appropriate software tools that were applied to the Hostel Building Project. Building Information Modelling, Global Collaboration & Integrated Project Delivery are recent trends in the construction industry.  Softwares like Revit , Microsoft Project, Navisworks were used to achieve Scheduling, quantity take-off, clash detection with the big room concept.
