The studio project focuses on the process of Integrated Project Delivery and Virtual collaboration through Big Room meetings. We have applied BIM-Lean concepts along with Last planner System for better coordinated and collaborated approach for successful project delivery. We have simulated industry project process for design and execution phase. Clash Detection, 4D & 5D simulation, Quantity Take-off, Choosing By Advantage and Design Structure Matrix were part of the major studio deliverables. For continuous improvement (LPS), PPC was tracked for each stakeholder weekly and remarks for further improvement and possible suggestions were recorded.
