To build an Integrated Project Delivery, the studio focuses on adoption BIM functionality and Lean principles and for this a residential apartment project in Ahmedabad was chosen. The group members took on the roles of architect, structural consultant, MEPF consultant, contractor, and BIM coordinator to better understand stakeholder viewpoints and collaborative working. All members took on the position of Lean Champion in order to bring lean culture. Preparing a BIM Execution Plan, Revit Modelling, Clash Detection, Quality Check, Quantity Take-Off, 4D & 5D Simulation, LPS Tracking, and working on a Common Data Environment with Collaborative Platforms like BIM360, Plannerly, and Visilean, among others, were all part of the studio teachings. In contrast to the industry's traditional processes, the studio assisted in providing a clear grasp of the benefits of adopting an integrated strategy.
