The studio focuses on processes and collaboration using appropriate software tools. The recent trends of BIM, IPD, and Lean Construction are used to address the challenges of modern construction projects. We have done work on different deliverables like BIM Execution Planning, LPS, Site Layout Analysis, Design Modelling, 4D & 5D Simulation, Clash Detection, Quantity Take-offs, Lean BIM Matrix, and working on a Common Data Environment with the help of Collaborative Platforms like ACC, Plannerly, Visilean, among others. The studio helped in providing a clear understanding of the benefits of adopting an integrated approach in contrast to the traditional practices observed in the industry.
