It has a total of 3 basements, a ground floor and 13 floors. The buildings have 3 towers, with a site area of 1.47 acres and a built-up area of 5.17 lakh sqft. The portfolio includes EIR, BEP, Project Modeling, Risk Matrix, Quantity Take-off, IPD Vs Traditional approach.
