The studio emphasizes processes and collaboration through the use of advanced software tools. By incorporating recent trends such as BIM, IPD, and Lean Construction, we effectively addressed modern construction projects' challenges. Our work included deliverables such as BIM Execution Planning, LPS, Site Layout Analysis, Design Modeling, 4D and 5D Simulations, Clash Detection, and Quantity Take-offs, all managed within a Common Data Environment using collaborative platforms like Visilean. This studio provided a comprehensive understanding of the advantages of adopting an integrated approach compared to the traditional practices prevalent in the industry.
