THE CORPORATE HOUSE

The Monsoon Semester III's Integrated Construction Practices studio within the Master's in Construction Engineering and Management emphasizes practical applications of advanced construction management principles. The studio focuses on streamlining processes, fostering effective collaboration, and integrating cutting-edge methodologies. Utilizing industry-relevant tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM), we incorporate modern practices such as Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and Lean Construction to address contemporary challenges in the construction sector. This semester, we focus on the The Corporate House project, a state-of-the-art office facility. Through this initiative, we simulate real-world construction scenarios, taking on the roles of key project stakeholders. The project aims to analyze and enhance traditional construction workflows, leveraging technology to improve project outcomes. This experiential approach highlights critical areas such as stakeholder management, design coordination, and process optimization, enabling us to effectively address challenges and lead in the construction industry.
