MEPF Services Design of a Corporate Project

The Studio Course MEPF: Services, Design & Coordination focused upon the design of building services, representation of them through 2D-drawings & Building Information Modelling (BIM). The project we chose to explore these things was a corporate project with luxury office spaces. Through this studio we gained understanding about the services in isolation and in coordination and the relevance of BIM in the Construction Industry. Design of each service started with a whole to part approach so as to design the most optimum and convenient building service in compliance with the industry standards. We can across numerous challenges in this process and developed new approaches to resolve them.
