The project selected is a Hotel+Commercial building  situated at Gandhinagar. The project is a B-3+G+11 building with the top 4-floors being accomodation rooms for the Fern Hotel. The building also has 3 multipurpose banquet halls and  a restaurant  at the seventh floor. Whereas the below 6 floors consists of showrooms and offices. The studio aimed to design the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire protection services of the selected project. This studio helped us to understand how the services work in synergy  and also how diversion of services takes place in a multiple use complex with offices and hotel rooms.
