Simply Unusual

A cantilever steel shed is designed using structural steel as the primary material, ensuring compliance with relevant Indian Standards for safety, durability, and functionality (IS 800:2007). The structure was optimized for a 22.5-meter maximum cantilever span, supporting roofing cladding while resisting wind, live, and dead loads as per IS 875 (Parts 1, 2 & 3) . Structural analysis was performed using STAAD.Pro along with some manual calculations , ensuring deflection limits were within permissible values. The project involved detailed architectural working drawings along with some joinery details and physical scaled joinery model.
