The Passive Comfort Lab focused on understanding concepts of heat transfer in context of  building physics. Further incorporate this learning in the design and construction of solar cooker and test its efficiency. In the coursework different Energy conservation measures (limited to geometric/ building envelope level) for buildings, set in various climatic zones, were studied via building simulations on design builder software, also Life cycle cost analysis for the same were done to study the economic affect of the ECMs applied.
