Passive Comfort Lab I monsoon Portfolio

The main objective was to understand basic concepts of heat transfer and building physics in theory as well as practically.  Starting from weather data collection to its analysis on both macro and micro levels.  Then to understand heat transfer practically, a 1 cubic meter space was designed by using passive strategies to maintain a cooler indoor environment. After understanding basic concepts of building physics, they were applied for envelope optimization for a given building with respect to heat transfer and energy efficiency with the help of simulation in design builder software.
