Plotting Scheme at Ahmedabad

The design constraint for the residential scheme, which includes 641 villas across 5 zones along with additional amenities such as a cow shed, restaurant, cafeteria, and security cabin, is to implement a plumbing system that achieves zero liquid discharge. To meet this requirement, a sewage treatment plant (STP) has been installed to recycle water for use in landscaping and toilet flushing within the community. Additionally, each villa is equipped with a designated agricultural area that captures all rainwater annually, ensuring no runoff. The community’s roadways are designed to direct stormwater into recharge wells, and an artificial lake has been constructed to store excess stormwater. Collectively, these measures ensure the achievement of zero liquid discharge from the development.
