Gujarat International Finance Tech-City or GIFT is an under-construction central business district between Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar in the Indian state of Gujarat. The estimated cost of the entire project is Rs. 70,000 crore. The purpose of setting up the GIFT City is to develop a world class smart city that becomes a global financial hub with the development of an International Financial Services Center. The topic selected for the final submission was an study of EIA of the GIFT City. It explains how it was carried out, what were the findings, what was proposed & how it will be managed.
