The subject teaches us the different type of damages that takes place, identifying its cause, extent of damage, NDT required and identifying the best repair method keeping in mind the cost, time and quality of the repair.We used Staad for all force calculations and all reinforcement calculations were done manually. Different cases were taken into consideration for which all analysis was done and repair or retrofitting options were provided. The quantity and cost calculations were done for all 4 cases.
