The pol house, located in Patan, Gujarat, is a G+2 residential structure built with timber and brick masonry. It features two entrances—one from the living room to the seri road and another from the kitchen to the main road. Following the row house typology, it includes a central Open-to-Sky (OTS) area that extends through all floors. The house has two staircases: a main one at the front and another near the pooja room, which is in poor condition. The top floor consists of only two rooms with minimal built-up area.
