TECH-3 Materials & Processes 2

Understanding Materials and Processes 2 : Plastics

As part of the mandatory course titled " Materials and Processes - 2 " which was focused on Plastics as a material category and its related processes, simple daily objects were studied in depth to understand the making and the reason behind chosing particular making processes. Highlight of the course was the hands-on experience we got while carrying out the vacuum forming process. Understanding the correlation between the material and the process most suitable for it was one of the major learning outcomes.
