Housing Policy

As part of the Housing strategy studio, we also studied the Impact of climate change on housing. The city of Vadodara experienced a Semi-arid climate and was vulnerable to heat stress and flood. The base assessment study on the entire city was done along with the zoomed lens for Slum pockets and their location. So, the proposal of a DIY tool kit for any individual/developer/property manager from the policy, norms, and regulations studied and understood by HOUSING POLICY Studio.
