Legal issues, varying resident needs, and operational costs pose significant hurdles. Meeting diverse requirements for food, healthcare, and services, alongside managing medical histories and regulatory compliance, adds complexity. Bridging the long-term supply-demand outlook gap between service providers and consumers. Recommendation of model intervention with consideration of both the demand and supply side of a Senior Living Community.
