Built form and Regulations

This study is conducted with a view point to understand the existing built fabric and their regulations as per the city’s development control regulations and how it impacted city’s urban form. After analyzing the urban form of the selected area next step is to design the urban form of that are as well as form new development control regulation or policy. That will be largely focuses upon form base development control regulation, which will be helpful to envisioned the new built fabric of the area. As a final step to validate the process as well as to get the feedback on the proposed built fabric and regulation, peer to peer review was conducted amongst the peer understand the advantage and disadvantage of the process and its regulations.
