The study focuses on the streets of Mandvi ni Pol in Ahmedabad. As the high-density residential area clustered together in the pol, the narrow streets form a complex network within. The mapping tracks various informal activities taking place on these streets during the festivals. People use street spaces for multiple activities during the celebrations and these activities change the character of the streets.
