The Research "Strategies to Contextualize Planning Regulations of TNCDBR 2019 in Co-ordination with the Statutory Plans"-  focuses on the Review and Recommendation that can be provided for development rules provided in TNCDBR documents that overlap with the regulations provided in statutory plans.
The study aims to identify the overlapping/ contradicting parameters in the TNCDBR document. Review of those parameters based on comparative analysis and ground study. Identification of regulator gaps that need to be addressed by the TNCDBR document and finally provide recommendations to improve the clauses in the TNCDBR document along with recommendations for future master plan updates and preparation.
