In today's India, many Seniors live alone, away from family, and want modern comforts, a friendly environment, and easy healthcare access. This has led to a rise in Senior Living Communities (SLCs) as a popular choice. Seniors often face health problems worsened by living alone, and the current support system isn't always up to scratch, despite government efforts. So, there's a push for better policies and programs to ensure seniors get the care they need. The report aims to address these issues by analyzing the state of elderly care, proposing actionable solutions, and focusing on market-driven old age homes. It seeks to assess supply and demand, offering recommendations and reforms based on field data and observations.
