The project surveyed ward no.10 in Nashik to determine the valuation of properties across typologies. Factors such as approach road width, age of the property, and depreciation were analyzed to determine the market rates of the properties, further, these rates were compared to the ready reckoner rates to suggest amendments to the ready reckoner rates. The survey achieved valuation zoning, identification of advantageous and disadvantageous factors, and estimation of growth rate for ward no.10. The survey also compared the rates of the area to other areas in the city to offer a holistic understanding of the area in its context.
