Biome Environmental Solutions is a Bangalore-based design firm that works on themes related to ecology and architecture. The firm has been involved in more than 500 -750 projects encompassing construction of buildings of all sizes and water harvesting and sanitation structures with specific relevance to the ecology of the sites. With earth as a basic material input in construction the firm has designed and built many structures.Internship at BIOME involved being a part of a range of projects and doing a range of tasks. From design development to making working drawings and attending site visits, various tasks were explored.
